If you are not satisfied with the delivered product, you have the possibility to return it. The following condition must be met: “The product is still in the same condition as it was delivered”.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return your product.

What is the cost of returning my product?

If it is an error on our part (error in the order), the return costs are free and you have the choice of being reimbursed for the returned items by bank transfer or by a voucher valid on our site.

For any other reason, the return costs are at your expense. Here again, you have the choice of being reimbursed for the returned items by bank transfer or by a voucher valid on our site.

What are the conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal?

For all products purchased from Little Kameleon, you have a reflection time of 14 calendar days in accordance with the Belgian law on trade practices and consumer protection of 12 April 2010.
This period starts at the moment of receipt by you or on your behalf. During the reflection time, we expect you to handle the goods and their packaging with care. There is no right of withdrawal if the product and its packaging are no longer in their original, complete, undamaged and unused condition.

If you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal, you must do so within 14 calendar days from the day following delivery of the product via hello@little-kameleon.be. There is no penalty for cancelling the purchase and no reason is required.

If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all the accessories delivered in the original condition and packaging.

We will then refund the amount of the order within 14 days of notification of your return, provided that the returned product was received in good condition.

How do I return my items?

Firstly, let us know that you wish to return one or more products. Send an e-mail to hello@little-kameleon.be, stating the order number, the products you wish to return, the reason for the return and your bank account number. Upon receipt of your email, we will direct you to a page to register the return.

Once we have received your return package, we will take care of the rest to ensure that everything is processed within 14 days.

In any case, we will only approve return requests if the product is complete (for example, both parts of a set of clothes must be returned together), if the product has not been washed or used (with the exception of reasonable use for second-hand clothes) and if the products are returned in their original packaging.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the products have remained safe while in your possession. Treat the products with care and return them in the condition in which they were delivered to you. Pack the products carefully.

Replacement or refund can only be made after we have received all the products to be returned.

If you are returning products :
– That you are not allowed to return,
– that are not in their original condition,
– that are not properly packaged,
– that are missing products,
– for which you have not paid before delivery or,
– for which you have not taken the necessary care when returning the goods,

we reserve the right to refuse your return and refund or to charge you for the necessary repairs.

What should I do if my package is damaged on delivery?

Send us photos within 48 hours of receipt to the email address hello@little-kameleon.be. We will then discuss with you how we can resolve the problem, for example by issuing a refund.
